Currently vacant, the property is being acquired with the benefit of implementable planning permission for the conversion to provide 3 residential dwellings. 2 x 3-bed homes and 1 x 1-bed dwelling.
Upon completion of the conversion, the primary exit strategy for repayment of the loan is by marketing the properties for sale by private treaty on the open market and to use the sales proceeds to fully repay the Sourced Capital loan (all capital and interest).
